Richard Morgan Fliehr ja americký profesionálny zápasník. Ric však nezačal hneď s wrestlingom ale hral futbal za univerzitné futbalové mužstvo.

S wrestlingom začal v roku 1972 v AWA. V tejto spoločnosti Ric pôsobil dva roky. Po týchto dvoch rokoch, prešiel Ric Flair do NWA, ale v roku 1975 sa Ric zranil a liečil sa z tohto zranenia takmer rok. Ric Flair pôsobil v NWA, WCW, WWE. Ric Flair podpísal svoju zmluvu s WWF (WWE) v roku 1991. Mal kariéru, o ktorej ak by sme chceli písať do podrobná, tak z toho nebude životopis, ale rovno kniha . A tak sa stručne pokúsim  napísať to naj z jeho kariéry. Ric Flair získal titul World Heavyweight 18-krát, čo je v celej histórií tohto titulu najviac. Potom čo Ric Flair podpísal kontrakt s WWF (WWE) najväčšou wrestlingovou spoločnosťou, jeho fanúšikovia čakali na, to kedy získa svoj prvý titul v tejto federácií. Nečakali dlho a v show Royal Rumble 92 získal titul WWF championa. No titul nedržal dlho len dva mesiace. Potom aj druhý titul čo získal nemal len jeden mesiac. To sa samozrejme Ricovi Flairovi nepáčilo a z WWF ( WWE) odišiel späť do NWA. Tam však tiež dlho nedržal titul a tak odišiel, no tento krát do WCW. Keď si všetci už mysleli , že Ric Flair už dlho zápasiť nebude a že sa už blíži koniec jeho kariéry, Flair sa v roku 2001 objavil vo WWE ako 50% majiteľ tejto spoločnosti, čo však išlo len o storyline. Tým začal jeho feud s druhým majiteľom V. McMahonom (INVAZIA). Ric Flair vo WWE mal zápasy a feudy s tými najlepšími ako Edie Guerrero, Undertaker, Chris Jericho atď. No jeden z najlepších feudov bol feud so Stonom Coldom, ktorý začal keď Ric Flair ako rozhodca v zápase Stone Cold vs. Undertaker odpočítal víťazstvo Underakerovi, aj keď Stone Cold mal nohu na lane (provaze). Flair bol taktiež členom stable, ktorú tvorili Flair, Triple H, Batista a Randy Orton . Táto stable sa nazývala Evolution a patrila k tým najlepším, aké kedy vo WWE boli . Aj keď sa toto zoskupenie neudržalo a rozpadlo sa, Triple H ukázal, že Flaira si naozaj váži a k jeho narodeninám mu daroval svoj WH titul (tento titul nebol zarátaný do štatistík). Ric Flair je braný ako jeden z najlepších wrestlerov, aký kedy v ringu pôsobili, aj to vďaka jeho herectvu a skvelému zápasníckemu umeniu. Ric Flair síce mal posledné obdobie zdravotné problémy ale opäť sa do ringu vrátil . Ako on sám povedal,síce sa mu už od rodiny veľmi nechcelo a z WWE dlho rokoval na takom rozvrhu aby jemu ale aj WWE najviac vyhovoval, preto že Ric už nechcel toľko cestovať a chcel byť zo svojou rodinou . Jeho kariéra sa končila 30.3.2008 na WrestleManií 24, kde prehral v zápase so Shawnom Michaelsom.
